Online consultations
Tell us what's wrong through our secure questionnaire and one of our six GPs will review it, usually within one working day and always within two. You'll get a text or call with the outcome: a prescription sent to your pharmacy, a video appointment, or a telephone call-back.
Fill out the secure clinical questionnaire. It takes about five minutes.
One of our 6 GPs reviews your history and symptoms.
An SMS prescription, a video consultation link, or a telephone call-back.
The practice in numbers
Every request that reaches us is read by a GP. Here's what our patients used the practice for last month, from everyday illness to mental health support.
Figures are illustrative until our first full reporting month.

Practice information
We welcome new NHS patients living within our catchment area. Registration is done entirely online through the NHS "Register with a GP surgery" service: it takes about ten minutes, you upload a photo of your ID when prompted, and there's nothing to print or post. New patients are offered a telephone health review with our nursing team within four weeks of joining.
If you're unsure whether your address falls within our catchment, call us on 01902 519015 and we'll check while you're on the line.
Video consultations work on any smartphone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install. If video doesn't suit you, every appointment can happen by telephone instead, and our team can talk you through joining your first video call step by step.
We can arrange interpreters, including BSL, with advance notice, and all patient information is available in large print or easy-read formats on request, in line with the Accessible Information Standard.
We follow UK GDPR and NHS data-security standards: consultations happen over encrypted video links, your records are shared only with those involved in your care, and you can request a copy of our full privacy notice at any time.
If something goes wrong, tell us. Complaints go to Jacqui Squire, our practice manager, and are acknowledged within three working days. Zero tolerance: we will not accept abusive behaviour towards staff or other patients.
Requests submitted before 15:00 on a working day are usually reviewed the same day, and always within 48 hours. Weekend submissions are picked up on Monday morning.
Yes. Tell us your preference when booking or in your online consultation. You may wait a little longer for a specific GP, but continuity of care matters and we'll always try to honour it.
Results appear in the NHS App as soon as a GP has reviewed them. We'll contact you if any action is needed. You can also ring after 14:00, when the phone lines are quieter.
Just a phone, tablet or computer with a camera and an internet connection. We text you a secure link before your appointment; tap it and you're in the consultation. There's no app to install and no account to create.
Online consultations are for registered patients, because the reviewing GP needs your medical record. Registering is straightforward; see the "New patients" tab above.
